Note: All competitors should hold tricks and poses long enough to be judged (suggested 2-3 seconds). For your Quarter Final entry video’s you can use any type of pole/aerial. The Grand Final will have full poles, 45mm with one static and one spinney.  The hoop will be single point and 180cm from floor to the bottom bar and is firetoys 95cm hoop, and 85cm for the youth categories which is 140cm off the floor. Silks are 5.8m high and are medium stretch from here.

Routines should be choreographed to show fluidity between transitions. Points will be awarded for technique, innovation and fluid, smooth movement.

• Name your video link: IPAAT 2025, Quarter Finals, Full Name and Category.

• Upload your video to YouTube and then send me a link through email to be judged. You can set your video unlisted or public (NOT private).

• Please see the rules for moves allowed of each level and any costume malfunctions that reveals private areas is an automatic disqualification.

• If you are chosen to get through to the Final the routines can again be up to 3 minutes MAXIMUM

Terms and Conditions

1. Fees are non-refundable, if you cancel your place at ANY point there will be a £25 administration fee payable immediately. Your place is not secured until your form and fee are received.
2. If you qualify for the Finals you agree to attend and perform.
3. ONLINE Videos will be judged all together by 3-5 independent people.
4. Grand Finals will be held in the East Midlands.
5. Competitors must be entered into the correct category depending on their age, competing and teaching experience.
6. You understand and give permission for IPAAT and Emma’s Pole Dancing to video and take pictures of you throughout the competition and grant rights to IPAAT to use images and videos for marketing and advertising.
